I’ve worked on accessibility in Mozilla-based browsers since 2000 — for the first three years that actually meant working on Netscape, and now it’s Firefox.
Recently I have left IBM. While at IBM I made Web 2.0 accessibility possible, and helped the open source accessibility community grow. Yep, I’m one of those “accessibility experts” you’ve heard about, but don’t hide! I’m not a curmudgeon about these things. For me it’s just about helping people make it all work — both users and developers. And, businesses should consider accessibility as well — the U.S. government requires it for products that it procures. Please take a look at my resume if you want to consider working together.
